Vaccination Policy - For the heath and safety of all our guests, patients and staff, all pets must be fully vaccinated in order to be groomed or boarded at Acre View. This includes DHLPPC, Bordetella and Rabies for dogs, and FVRCP and Rabies for cats. This is true for all pets unless special exceptions have been made by a veterinarian.



Emergencies and Walk-ins - Walk-ins are welcome but will be seen after scheduled appointments. Emergencies will have first priority and will be seen immediately.



Contagious Disease - For the safety of our other patients, if you think your pet has a contagious disease, please contact our front staff, let them know when you get here, and remain in your car with your pet until we get an exam room open.

Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at time of service. Acre View accepts checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
